At Crowfield Family Cosmetic Dentistry, we are committed to working with you to match a payment plan with your needs: therefore in addition to cash, check, AMEX, Visa, MC and Discover we offer different options to our patients which allows for payment to be convenient and flexible. We are sensitive to the fact that you budget your dental expenses with other obligations. Therefore, we offer a complimentary benefits check at your first visit so you will know exactly what your insurance covers before beginning any dental services.

Dental Insurance

We will gladly assist you with your dental insurance plan. To help us help you in determining your maximum benefit, please bring your insurance card to your visit. Most plans cover only a portion of the dental fee, therefore as a courtesy to our patients we will file your primary insurance for you but we ask that you pay any non-covered balance at the time of service. The patient portion is an estimate based on information provided to us by your insurance company.
